Record data on DVD +-RW combo CD-RW/DVD-ROM without upgrading?
Is there a way for me to write about 30 GB of data on my hard drive for some DVD + RW that I bought without upgrading my DVD-ROM multi-format CD / DVD? I am thinking in particular of Internet software, free or commercial, let me to backup data from my hard drive for the DVD + RW. Also, update the firmware for my manufacturer of CD / DVD that allows me to do this? Any help is appreciated, but would prefer to respond with some knowledge in detailed computer. My hard disk is a 60-DK23FA HITACHI 60 GB 5400 rpm ATA IDE interface and 2.5 " long. My optical drive is a CD-RW High Speed SONY CD-RW/DVD-ROM CRX830E. My computer is a portable notebook - HP Pavilion ze4805us
